The DLM Beer & BBQ Show is just a few weeks away on Thursday, June 25 from 7 to 9 p.m. at DLM Springboro. Class was in session last night at the DLM Mason Culinary Center as Captain Curt and Chef Carrie presented Lobster Fest 2026, an informative celebration of our favorite crustacean! One of our favorite traditions leading up to Lobstermania weekend, we were excited to have Captain Curt on-site to share about sustainability, science, and sea tales from his time has a lobsterman and marine biologist. His passion for lobstering and Chef Carrie’s menu was the perfect kick-off to this weekend!
