Our Dinner Deals make it easy to enjoy a delicious, homemade (by Aunt Dorothy™) meal with your choice of entrée and two sides. Made Right Here in our Kitchens with quality ingredients, these chef-driven dishes are ready to heat and eat. Visit our Gourmet Takeaway and choose from a selection of entrées like our classic Meatloaf, Asiago Encrusted Chicken, or Grilled Italian Chicken, along with two sides, such as mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.

Join us this Saturday, October 17, at 11 a.m. in The DLM Cheese Shops as we kickoff our Parmigiano-Reggiano Tasting Day with a special Parm Crack! Watch as our cheesemongers crack open an 80-90 pound wheel of authentic Parmigiano-Reggiano and enjoy tastings of this robust cheese throughout the day.

For decades, we’ve sourced our Parmigiano-Reggiano from brothers Valerio and Giovanni Minelli and Giovanni’s sons Carlo and Luca, who craft their cheese on a family estate just outside of Modena, Italy. Made nearly the same way since the 12th century and produced only in the provinces of Modena, Parma, Reggio Emilia, and parts of Bologna and Mantova, this treasured cheese reflects their knowledge of the land, the cows, and artisan techniques. After one year of aging, each wheel is inspected by the Parmigiano-Reggiano Consortium for maturation, aroma, color, and structure, then branded before continuing to age. Thanks to our relationship with the Minelli family, we receive wheels aged 30 months, longer than most, optimizing flavor, texture, and aroma.

This week’s Top Three are here and they are making us hungry!

HERB-CRUSTED PORK MEDALLIONS: This supper superstar features a thick-cut pork loin chop rolled in whole grain mustard, seasoned with fresh herbs, and garlic, then wrapped in DLM Uncured Bacon for a smoky finish. Grill or pan fry, serve with your favorite side, and dinner is done!

Fall looks so good thanks to our friends at Schulte Family Farm in Cedarville, Ohio!

Luke Schulte and his wife Becky have history rooted in farming, both growing up helping on their family farms. Fast forward to today and this couple, along with their three children, perform nearly all the work at Schulte Family Farm, from weeding and irrigating crops to transplanting plants to fields. It’s easy to Love Local with their artisan pumpkins and gourds that boast a myriad of colors, textures, shapes, and even stems.

What’s the buzz? La Pastora Yellow Honey Coffee is on our shelves! It's bright with citrus, melon, mango, and berry flavors with a raw sugar finish as the coffee is honey processed alongside an organic fruit farm.

A few years ago, a handful of our DLM Coffee Bar leaders, along with local roaster Boston Stoker, embarked on a trip to the Tarrazú Region of Costa Rica to visit the family-owned coffee estate, Finca La Pastora. Here we experienced firsthand from the estate owner, Don Esquivel Omar, the unique fermentation process that goes into making this bean so uniquely sweet and one we all love to enjoy.
