What an unbelievable Opening Weekend! 🤍✨
First, a massive THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by and supported the Harvest Thyme Farm-Stand! Because of you, we completely sold out on Saturday and had an incredible turnout on Sunday. Seeing this dream come alive meant the world to me.
Full transparency: As incredible week 1 was, it was also a big wake-up call for my physical limits. Running back to back 12-hour serving shifts on my feet every Thursday and Friday before jumping straight into early Saturday morning baking caught up to me, and my body completely hit a wall with some medical issues after Sunday.
Moving forward, I am doing everything in my power to adjust my schedule so I can devote more time and energy to the stand without running on empty or burning out. I so appreciate your patience and grace over the next couple of weeks while I rest, recover, and establish a sustainable rhythm!
Here is what to expect for this week:
🥚 Weekday Stand Hours: The stand remains OPEN during the week for fresh rainbow eggs, handcrafted lavender goat milk lotion, and herbal salves!
🥖 Next Bakery Restock: Fresh baked goods will return Saturday, Oct 24th & Sunday, Oct 25th (exact drop times TBD as I have to take it slow and pace myself—keep an eye out on our page!).
