Penny is looking for a new home. She is a 6 year old highland cow. She is the mother to Brisket a red bull and Ember a dun heifer.

Penny has been exposed to Garth, our yellow HHCA bull. He is shorter than Penny by a couple inches.

*The lady laying on Penny is 5'2" for height reference.

Well it's that time of year.

Went to the greenhouse to check on everything and plants are turned over. I sit down in my chair and I start picking everything up and I'm greeted by this lovely little snake that was about 12 inches for my face.

Talk about having me shrieking and running out of my Greenhouse. Startled the bejesus out of me. Ended up leaving the little fella in there and then he found his way out.

Happy seeds day for us. First time ordering from Geoseeds but excited to see how these flower do.

23 different types of flowers and 18,200 seeds.

Can't wait to have these gorgeous flowers for a friend's wedding and to start offering farm grown flower boutiques right here in Tarkington Prairie.

We have some seedlings. More to come but thankful for the greenhouse.

This is my first time using the snail method but it seems to be doing well. Gotta love repurposing materials that you would originally dispose of.
