A big thanks to Rex and Eileen for bringing us High Tide from Logboat Brewing in Columbia, Missouri. High Tide is an easy-drinking American wheat ale brewed with orange peel, made for a light, refreshing citrus finish.

We may have accidentally started something… 🍺

Big thanks to Jacob for bringing us a couple of his favorite beers from back home! Instead of tossing the cans, we decided to give them a permanent home in the brewery.

So maybe this becomes a thing? If you're visiting from out of town and have a favorite beer from back home, bring us a can full, ideally. We want to try it, of course! We'll start building the collection one beer at a time.

Who knows what this shelf will look like a year from now. 🍻

The kettles are rolling, the brewery smells incredible, and Peel Out is officially on the way! This crisp Blonde Ale is packed with bright citrus character from Lemondrop, Citra, Centennial, Cascade, and a touch of bitter orange peel for a refreshing finish that's perfect for Florida.

Have no fear—we're open! 🍻

The sidewalk in front of the brewery is getting a fresh new look with a professional clean and seal. While the sealer dries, our middle entrance is temporarily closed, so please use the side doors to come in. Thanks for your patience, and we can't wait to see you for a cold beer!
