We specialize in pop-ups,catering for partys, weddings, team buidling and special occasions.

Full menu, including certified black Angus brisket, pulled pork, chicken leg quarters, house jalapeño pepper jack sausage links and Texas Twinkies! Gobble gobble ! We are opening up Pre orders for some smoked goods this Thanksgiving! Brisket,Pork butt,Turkey breast, and our Jalapeno Pepperjack house sausage links! Cut off for Pre orders will be Friday 11-20-26 at 5pm which gives you 29 days to get your orders in!

Our briskets, pork butts ,turkey breasts,and sausage links will be vacuum sealed with reheating instructions. Pick up or drop off on Wednesday 11-25

Certified Black Angus Upper 2/3 Choice Brisket whole. Avg weight after cooking is 5-6 lbs and feeds 6-10 people. $180

Whole Pork butt 4-5 lbs - $55

Purdue free range Turkey breast 3-4 lbs $70

House Jalapeno Pepperjack sausage links
5 pack $40

Thanks again to our patrons , friends and family for selling us out ! The pastrami Rueben’s had been a hit as well as our jalapeno pepper jack links. Here’s a few pictures from the days service !
