Sorry for the lack of farm updates. Since we lost the ducks we wanted to pay them great homage. We want to lay them to rest at the southern end of the Mississippi flyway. It was a very spiritual journey. It reinvigorated my love and passion for are feather friends. We plan on expanding are flock in the very near future. Look forward to following along on this fun and exciting journey.

This wind here at the farms got out of control. It allowed are dear Patricia escape. I searched around for hours early this mourning try to find. As I walked through the back 40. There was a hunter who had mistaken her for a big ole Tom. She was shot and killed this mourning. Spirits are low in side the hen house. we will not be holding a public service for her. We are going to close the farm for the next 3 days while are flock grieves. If anyone would like to lift her up in your nightly prayers that would be much appreciated.

Been awhile since we have had any updates on our ladies. We are just getting into full production. Are lil Anne Bonny let us know she was trans and now identifies a Pirate 🏴‍☠️. She had the Ducks remove her foot leaving her with a peg leg. Although this was shocking to learn we fully support her. She also wanted to let y’all know Lia Thomson has a weener!!!

I just moved all 17 chickens and 2 ducks into the house. Until this Nader warning passes us. There’s chicken s**ts all over the floors. One of the dogs tried to catch a duck and it s**t on its snout. I’m filling the tub so the ducks may have a swim.
