Excuse my messy pen it has non stopped rained lately and its a muddy MESS!
Grown Jersey Giants and some Red Rangers. Grown and ready to go. Just reaching 1 year old and laying of course. All in perfect health 2 have bare backs because those 2 seem to be the roosters most favorite. 1 Jersey Giant rooster and 7 hens. 3 red ranger hens. I keep them together because I cross those red rangers with the rooster to to get faster growing meat chickens and pure Jersey Giants. Im just starting to down size.

I love having chickens I whisper to myself over 100 Xs as I :
-go out to feed in the pouring rain 🌧 at 4:45am
- have a heavy rain coat 🧥 on to keep from getting wet yet I'm still getting wet and I'm burning up.
- wading threw mudd, chicken p**p 💩, and swimming holes up to my knees
- open the brooder in the dark and a baby 🐥falls out and I have to chase it on my knees
- open the large feeder in the turkey🦃 pen and a rat 🐀 jumps out at me squealing high pitched and made me think it was going to eat my face off and I almost fallin all the muddy mess.

I love having chickens, I love having chickens, I love having chickens 😬

We will be at Trade Days Auction AKA Frog Level Auction today in Philadelphia MS on Frog Level rd at 12pm with some polish definitely and a few other odds and ends we have left over in our grow out pen. Its time to move others over to that pen so we will be cleaning it out. Probably cochins, silkies, and Jersey Giant. Come by and bid on some chickens. They will have alot of other animals even large animals like goats and some times bigger animals.
