So we have hackers threatening me for violations or something , click here blah blah blah, they even left a bad review saying they don't recommend A & E Cattle because we are using their products. Lol. So if this page disappears. So be it. Most people know that because of my health I had to cut back most of my operations. It's difficult to run a ranch this size by myself and my son. Yes my husband has taken off work in Baton Rouge as much as he could to come help this year, friends came to help but that's a bandaid. I just wanted everyone to know that I'm still here, still selling beef. But more whole and halves. Some cuts to my regular customers.
So if hackers want to threaten me and fb wants to threat to close my page. Let them. I don't need them. If customers need me you have my number and website. Thanks , Ann

You need to have your turkey in the fridge today to thaw for Thanksgiving. We have just a few left but we have pasture raised turkeys. We fed them fermented feed daily and they ate all the grass, seeds and bugs they could find. The way turkeys are supposed to eat. They are 9-10 lbs and are $11.00 a pound.

We have 4 half sides of beef available click below to reserve yours for 2024

If you don't have room in your freezer for a whole side of beef. Buy a half side of beef and you get to choose the cuts. We will deliver to the processor. The beef ages in the cooler for 14 days the processor will call you with how you want it cut. We use Cobb's meat processing in Sumner, Texas.

We are excited for 2024 whole and half beef sales.
Taking deposits now until May 2024. Processing will be in the fall of 2024.
Whole- $3800 total includes a $500 deposit, this contains 400+ lbs of processed beef

Half -$1900 total includes a $250 deposit, this includes 200+ lbs of processed beef.
