TAHOMA 31 CARE SERIES | PART 2: FERTILIZER
More fertilizer isn't always better.
One advantage of Tahoma 31 is its ability to perform with less nitrogen than many other Bermudagrasses. Depending on soil conditions, established Tahoma 31 may need only 50–75% of the nitrogen commonly applied to Bermudagrass.
During establishment, the recommended starting point is approximately 1 pound of nitrogen per 1,000 square feet.
From there, soil conditions and your turf's needs should guide your fertilizer program.
Tahoma 31 is all about delivering great performance while using your inputs efficiently. Call 2-1 Turf today to learn more!
