I think we are all in the mood for fall. Well I got you covered. We have a rare Red Clover honey harvested in DePere that screams Fall 🍁🍂. When we harvested we couldn’t put our finger on what this tasted like, fall in a jar perhaps? 🤔
Red clover honey tastes like a deeper, more robust flavor and a warmer profile with gentle hints of warm spices—frequently compared to a subtle touch of cinnamon, nutmeg, or plum. You may also notice a mild, comforting background note of vanilla or baked apple. So yes, Fall in a jar! 🍁🍂🍯 We were fortunate to have a red clover field almost right next to our house and it was cut once and left to bloom. We know it can be difficult for bees to harvest nectar from red clover (Trifolium pratense ) but they managed to! We have only a limited amount so get yours today! Message me for details!
