You’ve probably noticed that the Limited Release menu at the taproom has been dwindling lately… we have been reorganizing and plotting in the brewery. We have the 3bbl pilot system completely set up and almost ready to go. Nate is testing and running a sample batch to make sure everything is 100% and then a final cleaning and sanitizing before cranking things up. He should have the first production batch up and running within the next week and moving forward he will be dropping 2 to 3 brand new beers a month! Stay tuned!!
