Looking for an easy, delicious dinner the whole family will love? Our Delmonico Pork Roast is tender, juicy, and packed with flavor—perfect for busy weeknights or a relaxing Sunday dinner!

🔥 Oven Baking Recommendations:

✔️ Preheat oven to 325°F
✔️ Season with your favorite rub or keep it simple with garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs.

🌮 Taco Tuesday Starts at Gaff’s! Take your taco game to the next level with our premium Flank Steak! Tender, flavorful, and perfect for a quick sear, it’s one of our favorite cuts for authentic steak tacos.

🔥 Easy Flank Steak Taco Recipe

Ingredients:

* 1½–2 lb Gaff’s Flank Steak
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* Juice of 2 limes
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 tsp chili powder
* 1 tsp cumin
* 1 tsp smoked paprika
* Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Marinate the flank steak for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for even more flavor).
2. Grill or sear over high heat for 4–6 minutes per side until medium-rare (130–135°F).
3. Let the steak rest for 10 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
4. Serve on warm corn or flour tortillas and top with diced onion, fresh cilantro, cotija cheese, avocado, and a squeeze of fresh lime.
