Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is not just an origin. It is jasmine. It is citrus. It is peach on the finish.

MONORIGINE exists for people who want to actually taste where their coffee came from.

I do my best to remove quakers from all my roasts. But why? What’s so bad about them? We’re about to find out

There is a difference. Most people just have not tasted it yet.

Small-batch. Third-party tested for purity. Freshly roasted.

By day, I'm a Director of Nursing. By passion, I'm a coffee roaster.

Fifteen years in healthcare, and I still show up every day. That kind of work shapes how you think. It makes you care about the details and slow to accept anything that cuts corners.

Coffee has been part of my routine the whole time. A ritual, not just a habit. Something that grounds me before a long day.

After 20+ years of reaching for that cup, I started to notice how hard it was to find something truly well made. Clean sourcing, fresh roasting, real attention to quality. It shouldn't be that rare.

I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, so I built it. That's ARDITO.

I'm Shadi, Director of Nursing and the founder behind this brand. Two careers, one standard.
