It's June, and the tomatoes are here! So is our classic Tomato Gazpacho, the cold soup that started our line of refreshing chilled soups. We will continue to offer Tomato, Peach and Green Gazpacho through the summer, as long as the fresh, local produce lasts.

🫙Quart - 2 avg. adult bowls/servings
🫙Pint - 1 avg. adult bowl/serving

SIZE MATTERS! So if you’re looking and see $24 for soup, it’s not for a bowl of soup - it’s for 2 bowls/servings. Split that quart in half and you’re paying the same as an “extra value meal” at McDonald’s, more at Taco Bell or Chick-fil-A (around $15). And sorry big corporate, but our food is way healthier. Incidentally, part of their meal is a soda which costs them between $0.05 and $0.40, cup, straw, and all.

🥣Our Monthly State of the Soup Post🥣

One of our challenges is that we don’t require a subscription to buy our meals. So reminders through ads and emails are necessary to remind you, our customers, to come back and order more. Orders mean we stay in business!

We’re still struggling to make it - we love what we do, what we offer is unique, and we love the overwhelmingly positive response to our food and service. But the struggle is real: every week we have to pick and choose which bill gets paid and which doesn’t. We work 7 days a week, average over 80hrs/wk each (plus parenting, woof), so there isn’t time for jobs on the side to make the ends meet. Here’s some reality for you: an example of some of our monthly bills JUST for the store, excluding home bills - $6,000+ on groceries, $3,300 on rent, $800 electric, $400+ gas, $1,000+ advertising, $600 mandatory hood cleaning, and WAY more beyond that. This is the reality of it.

We’ve supplemented online sales with more markets and popups, but online sales is the ONLY thing that will keep this ship afloat. So here’s your reminder: if you love our food and want it, place an order! And THIS WEEK gets you FREE Tomato Soup with every order.

Came home with 🍑two🥑 Gazpachos for a quick snack before bedtime…the Peach Gazpacho won out because it’s from the first batch Nancy made this year. The verdict (as always): delicious!

Our Peach Gazpacho is back on the menu and will be around as long as peaches are available.

This is no peach smoothie. It’s a perfect blend of sweet and savory, blending peaches, cucumbers, fresh mint, and yes, garlic! Then cut peaches are added for that little extra splash of sweetness with each spoonful.

We don’t freeze our gazpachos, so if you pre-order them, they’ll be made freshly the night before delivery. This one is seasonal, so don’t wait too late to try it - ORDER TODAY!
