This weekend was one to remember! I met several people whom I only talked with over Facebook, learned quite a bit from both watching the show and talking with many folks!
Im so extremely thankful to my friend Terri Fryman for helping me clip Boom and encouraging me to go to this show! She has been a great support to me! And I think im ready to haul out again for the next one. 🤪😝
Im also so thankful to both Jessica Hickmott, and Jessica Smith for coming with me to be my handlers for Power and Money! They boys did so well for all of us considering both Power and Boom have never been to a show of any kind!
I am also thankful for folks like Jason Gleason who take the time and energy to put on a show like this! Giving everyone the opertunity to show and then giving his avaliablity to answer questions! It was very helpful and much appreciated!
Other thanks to my friend Sierra for having my back at home and handling chores there, and much thanks to my dad for letting me steal his camper on a very short notice for the weekend! I literally dont think I could have pulled it off without so much support!

All the Judges and so many others I talked with had so many complements for Boom on his head, horns and beard! From having some "really cool horns" and "luscious beard" to "hed be worthy of a full shoulder mount when he passes" a couple folks asked about his breeding and were mildly suprised because hes so chill and well mannered. Hes literally the bestest boy! Im so proud of him and how well he behaved having never been off the farm for anything like this before!
Power followed right behind Boom with plenty of the complements including how great they all look in thier feet and legs and how hard it can be to keep the older bucks up on thier feet and legs!
Money got DQed in all shows only because his teeth have flared out to much with his age. He still got alot of good complements on being correct in his feet and legs, and for his body length, capacity and coverage considering his teeth are to far out. Judges still seem to like alot about him other then those teeth. 😬🥰
I love all my boys and going to this show gave me a new admiration for them and for showing. Hopefully I can do it again sometime. More pictures to come!
