If you’re someone who *loves* a really moist, creamy cake... this one is for you: Cake in a Jar! My husband gave me this magazine, and I was absolutely delighted! It’s the same age as I am, yet it feels incredibly current and modern—for today, I see that the cakes of yesteryear are making a full-blown comeback right here in the 21st century. Back then, cakes were more expressive, more romantic... whereas today, they seem to defy the laws of gravity. But one thing is certain: there is something to suit every taste. I get so happy whenever someone requests a vintage-style cake—complete with ruffles and intricate piping work! It makes me feel just like a baker from the 70s—and that’s where I truly leave my mark!

Today I want to talk about Passion—specifically, passion fruit!
The passion fruit is native to the tropical and subtropical regions of the Americas, with Brazil recognized as the primary center of the plant's origin and genetic diversity. The fruit has strong ties to the Amazon Rainforest and was already being consumed by indigenous peoples prior to colonization.
