The Farm Chick at Big Sycamore Farm Big Sycamore Farm is a small self-sufficient homestead. We grow vegetables, herbs & berries almost year round.

You will find our produce, eggs & meat at select farm-to-table restaurants, the Brainerd Farmer's Market and thru our CSA & work share programs We are a small, self sufficient, diverse, little farm in the beautiful Tennessee Valley. We grow vegetables intensive as naturally/organically as we can without being certified. For about 10 months out of the year, we sell our produce at local farmer's mar

kets, to local restaurants and thru our CSA program. We also raise our own chicken, beef, lamb, pork, and rabbit, and on occasion have extra for sale. All our animals are raised in a natural environment, without hormones or antibiotics.

Our Story

We are a small, self sufficient, diverse, little homestead in the beautiful Tennessee Valley. We grow our crops naturally, organically and sustainably. For about 10 months out of the year, we sell our produce at our Little Red Barn Produce Stand (on the farm), at local farmer's markets and to farm-to-table restaurants in the Chattanooga and Cleveland areas. We raise our own chicken, duck, lamb and pork and on occasion have extra for sale. We invite you to visit the farm on days we are open to see how we play in the dirt - and of course get something for the dinner table that evening :-)
