A MESSAGE FROM HIS FAMILY:
It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of, Bao Phan (Steve), a beloved husband, father, son, and brother.
He lived his 52 years to the fullest. There was not a day that went by without him smiling, singing, or simply loving life. He had a way of making everyone feel welcome, whether you were family, friends, or someone he has just met. He will be deeply missed by everyone whose path he crossed. To know him was to love him.
He loved a good celebration, so my family and I invite you all to attend his funeral as we celebrate his life, the memories he gave us, and the joy he brought to those around him.
