Hello Everyone!! I had shoulder surgery for a turn rotator cuff tear and torn bicep Dec 3. I am recovering and hoping by May my shoulder will be healed. I miss baking and hoping by May I will be able to get a new menu and prices up and start taking orders again.

I will update everyone periodically on my healing process.

I just want to take a moment to tell everyone thank you to who has ever placed an order or has supported me. I would also like to apologize to you all as it may have looked like I fell off the planet.. lol. I started a new job several months ago that was suppose to allow me to have the time to get back to my baking and taking orders. I had big plans for this summer on stuff I wanted to accomplish with my business and haven’t been able to do any of it. The new job has totally consumed me. I will be making some changes in the future to be able to have the time to get back at my baking and taking orders. Please hang in there and I will be back soon to start doing what I love again. Thank You everyone!!

Roasted some of the Organic Marshmallows I made. The outside it like a crunchy like crème brûlée and the inside is sweet and creamy.
