I just love a lavender blue slate poult. This one is my grandsons and I’m not even mad about keeping it. We all know my obsession with lavender’s.

I am so proud of myself. I went to a small animal sale and only bought a pretty pen and cookies. It’s so fun to see what everyone has for sale. Not gonna lie… I wanted the pair of mini homing pigeons after our Puerto Rico pigeon experience. I have reached a point on my farm that I have all my wishlist breeds and just not adding to the chaos. Most of my projects are complete. And it was especially nice running into repeat customers there.

Nice little batch of celadon hatched. So far it’s 14 out of 17. Made a temporary brooder to keep the celadons separate from the jumbo coturnix about to hatch.

Stone hatched his very own blue slate turkey today! It had a little trouble hatching so we gave it some help. Snapped a quick pic before going back in the incubator to dry. He named his turkey Shadow
