Folk fans will probably recognize the name Over the Rhine. If you’re not familiar, the poem on this can is from their song “Wildflower Bouquet,” written by Karin Bergquist.

It’s about what she’d want brought to her, depending on the season she’s called home: roses in winter, magnolias in spring, and best of all, in summer or in fall, a wildflower bouquet.

Feels about right for where we are right now, summer still hanging on, fall creeping in at the edges. This fresh batch is a hazy IPA brewed with real honeysuckle flowers, with notes of tropical melon, citrus, and honey. Grab a 4-pack and bring someone a bouquet that doesn’t wilt.

This is a very hard one to write.

We will always love you, Dolly. đź’—

Today, we’re raising a pint to an absolute legend.

We’ve brewed our Saint Dolly Blonde Bock in her honor for years, and today feels like the right time to celebrate not just the music, but the enormous heart behind it. Trying to smile through the tears.

Saint Dolly is on draft at all three Wild Heaven locations, and $1 from every pint sold will be donated to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library…a small way for us to honor her incredible legacy of putting books in the hands of children.

We’ve got the Dolly cardboard standees back out at Avondale and Wild Heaven West End and her music will be blasting through the week.

Raise a pint with us to the Queen. 💕✨

Our team doesn’t just work events, they make them unforgettable.

And part of that team is our Events Director Chris Richards who is the first person you’ll talk to about planning and executing your private event at any of our locations. Whether it’s a 25-person gathering or a 500-person celebration, she treats every guest count like the most important one in the room, handling everything from the first contract to the last vendor detail.

Outside of work, Chris is just as invested in ATL. She’s spent years building relationships with local arts organizations like Living Walls, mintatl, and forwardwarrior, because Serve Your Neighbor isn’t just our tagline, it’s how she lives.

Planning something? Let’s talk.
