Eat local. Tonight we enjoyed sautéed lamb sausage with zucchini and tomatoes all from our farm, plus onions from the Decorah Farmers Market. On the side we had sweet corn, also from the farmers market as well as applesauce from apples we picked from our own trees today, and raspberries from our patch, with toast made from our bread. Literally everything on our plates came from within an hour. Eating local is healthier, reduces your carbon footprint and supports local farmers and small businesses. Now, more than ever, we need to keep our food sources close to home.

And "after". A little more than an hour later!

It's Meatless Monday! Tonight's dish is Greek Orzo. This recipe would be good served hot or cold. Loads of flavor and a perfect way to use up cherry tomatoes from the garden. Recipe in comments.
