Sorry for the long post! The smoke has cleared, the trail dust has settled and the crew is back home!! We have cooked in three different states the past few weeks from Florida to North Carolina to Georgia! The number one thing that all three comps had in common were absolutely great promoters and GREAT CHARITIES! Jacksonville, FL donate life Brian Coleman/Randy McKnight so much fun at this event it's been on our bucket list for a while and well worth the trip! Wake Forrest, NC Brad Walker with wake forrest rotary foundation which aids in paying bills for cancer patients top notch with everything! Folkston, GA Hal Keene Car-B-Que always rolls out the red carpet and so much support going to the community that needs it! If you have never done any of these comps look into them for next year for sure!!!! We had so much fun making memories and sharing stories with our these past few weeks can't wait to see them again! Congrats to all who have heard their numbers called we enjoy watching the excitement! Now onto the results....

The smoke has cleared, the trail dust has settled and the crew is back home! We found ourselves in Perry, GA this weekend for 3 steaks and a strawberry comp! Let us start by saying this venue is top notch we highly recommend putting it on your list of must attends! You can stay on site Friday and saturday night for those that travel with sleeping arrangements! The VFW is always welcoming for the cooks! Congrats to everyone who heard their numbers called this weekend! On to the results.....

The smoke has cleared, the trail dust has settled and the crew is back home! We kicked off our competition season in beautiful Connelly Springs, NC with a double steak, ribs, and appetizer! The steaks at this event are always top notch coming from a local cattle farmer! We had a great seeing our friends and this weekend! Congrats to all who heard their numbers called! Well the smoke has cleared, the dust has settled, and the crew is back home! We had an absolute blast being in texas for a week this year for the SCA World Championships! Started Thursday night with the awards banquet for the 2025 cook season where we recieved our accolades for the season! It was great walking the big stage and watching all of our friends do the same! The whole weekend was a venture for sure seeing all of friends and meeting new ones, there's nothing like the community of the ! Friday kicked off the cooking with the prelims for ancillary and ribs! Saturday was prelims for steak and open ancillary! Sunday was the finals and open steak! I think eveyone endured the battles of wind on Sunday it was rough! Congrats to all who heard their numbers called and walked the stage! Onto the results.....
