This morning Brint and I woke up extra early to process a chicken that was getting bow legged and couldn’t walk. This particular chicken got processed at 8 weeks instead of 11 and once we got in there having a broken and exposed wing bone 😭😳 For a 1st time processing we are so proud of ourselves. Gutted out to almost 3lbs! Good morning to all and fresh chicken dinner
