Have teamed up to bring you DINNER! That’s right, Elemental isn’t just for breakfast anymore!

Tomorrow’s special brings you a 2 day slow simmered Meishan pork ragu with fresh house made pappardelle pasta, basil and parmesan.

We will be featuring the same great food and focus of farm to fork, but in a cozy evening package starting one day a week. Specials will be posted and shared with each one being a fun cut of fabulous Meishan pork combined with other homemade, homegrown, local delights.

We just LOVE it when community comes together. Our neighbors and ourselves all needed chips and shavings for fall and winter prep, so we found a chip hauler willing to drive up to the farm! This pile will be growing a lot more in the coming days, and we hope there’s enough to go around.
