1. Clean up - Vacuum, mop, dust. A home that looks clean and smells clean will always show better.
2. Declutter - Always remember that a Buyer needs to imagine themselves in your home not you.
3. Clean outside - Your first impression is made before a Buyer even gets out of their car. Mow, w**d and touch up exterior paint.
4. Think about hiring an inspector - Your Buyer probably will. Be proactive.
5. Gather your paperwork - If you belong to an HOA, gather your HOA info and copy of your covenants. Get your insurance info together if you've had any claims and receipts for6. any work you've done.
