Fall Flavors for lunch today thanks to & ! TVP rehydrated, blended with vegan mayo, salt, pepper , apple cider vinegar, agave, dill , liquid aminos, diced apples , celery, and saving the best for last toasted raw cashews and tart cherries from !!! This did not take more than 8 minutes to make , delicious

Going to be a long day driving today - grabbed some of my kids fav products from tossed them in a jar to keep them happy ! This is golden raisins , raw cashews , a few dark chocolate chips, pecans, and my favorite, tart cherries !

High protein snack ! Plain Greek yogurt topped with pecans , one diced medjool date, and frozen pineapple , this was fast to make and delicious! Also photobombed by a cute pup who approved this snack!

A delicious summer salad with organic , pickled radish from , crispy lettuce, heirloom tomatoes, avo, mini cucumbers, fresh mozzarella, a drizzle of balsamic , olive oil, and a pinch of pink salt and pepper. The pine nuts are perfect added crunch to this salad.

A beautiful & healthy mix of ingredients to make my morning oatmeal…… oats , coconut , chia seeds, h**p seeds, pecans. I added in vanilla extract, & mashed banana , stirred into boiling water until all the ingredients melted into each other. Top with some fresh berries or eat as is!

Tomato season is here ! Quick salad with protein greens( these were delicious my 1st time trying) , tomato , fresh shaved parm, avocado , and the best pignolias!! These nuts are small, crunchy, and have such a delicious flavor.
