💅 DAMN if life isn’t gonna be easy, I’m sure as s**t gonna choose fun.

Today was a beautiful reminder of what happens when we actively exercise our free will. Because I am actively choosing ME, I chose to hop on my bike 🚲 and ride downtown. I chose to volunteer, I chose some fun art from the brilliant artists at the MacRostie art fair, caught up with creative peers, and soaked up the energy of our community.

Building Lady Sippers is my way of modeling that very freedom, and sometimes that’s messy. And guess what? Growth and change don’t happen without a little mess.

Choosing a mindful drink is not about restriction. It is about choosing clarity, presence, and the energy to live life on your own terms. I want to be a rolling billboard for that exact lifestyle.
