🐟 Whole Kingfish on Sale – $7.99/lb! 🐟
Perfect for smoking, making homemade smoked fish dip, or baking for dinner. Fresh, local, and packed with flavor!
🔥 Simple Baked Kingfish Recipe
Ingredients:
• 2 lbs kingfish fillets or steaks
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 lemon, sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place kingfish in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
Season with garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Top with lemon slices.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve with rice, roasted vegetables, or Mom's sweet coleslaw!

Fresh Cut Monday! 🐟
Beautiful fresh halibut just came through the door! Watch Johnathan cut this halibut perfectly for the display case.

Easy Lemon Garlic Halibut
Ingredients:
2 halibut fillets
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place halibut fillets in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.

Mix melted butter, garlic, and lemon juice.

Pour over the halibut.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Garnish with parsley and serve.
