Happy New Year! This week we artificially inseminated our gilts Cheddar and Parmesan.🤞🏾 for positive pregnancy scans in a couple of weeks! No controlling when the work needs done but the cold and dark will all be worth it if we get piglets!

One of our family favorites is lentil stew with a hock, it would also be great with one our smoked ham steaks. I add lentils, carrots, celery, onion, can of diced tomatoes, your choice of seasoning and a cup of water in a crock pot. Let cook on high for 4 hours and you have a great winter meal. We can’t wait to see everyone tomorrow 12/6 from 10am-1pm
