Ran the fan on our peach hill last night- temperature got down to 25 so we may have some thinning of blossoms but should still have a crop- will know how it looks in the coming weeks

With cold nights predicted we are hoping for a thinning frost, where a small percentage of blossoms are killed, saving some of the work we would do later when removing fruit to increase final peach size. Peach trees can withstand as low as 27 degrees in full bloom and still have a good crop! 🤞
