. So you plan to replace the degraded gate post and 2 of it's friends from the original fence next week... Nor'easter pending.... No weather yet. Gate post gave up. Gotta replace. Mentally prepare for wind and rainy fence project... Go to store. Buy materials. Install new posts and gates. Only sprinkles. Put these silly little skirts on the posts while the concrete cured to prevent the rain from ruining it.... Still only sprinkles... Job complete. On it's own timeline. Super happy the weather held off. Feels good to have it done!
