🖤 Dark Winds Farm is built by hand, by heart, and from scratch.
We didn’t inherit land. We don’t have a tractor or any big equipment. No generations before us paved the way. Everything you see here—from the flower patch to the stand, the bakery, to the goat fencing—was built by our hands. No crew, no outside help, just determination, scraped knees, and a whole lot of late nights.
We started this journey when our daughter was still in diapers and did this with her on our hip, and she’s grown alongside every fence post, every chicken, every bagel baked from our kitchen.
Our farm isn’t just about baked goods or eggs or bouquets.
It's about our animals.
It’s about resilience.
It’s about family.
It’s about believing in something that doesn’t yet exist—and then building it anyway.
This year, we pressed pause on the farmstand and flower patch to take care of our animals, our family, my health, and the foundation of everything we’re building. But we aren’t gone—we’re just getting stronger.

Craving homemade bagels, jumbo muffins, frosted cookie bars, mini cakes, or farm-fresh chicken or duck eggs? Just send us a message! Everything is made fresh to order and picked up right at the stand or delivery can be set up within reason—simple, cozy, and full of love.
