The pond brings a little peace in the middle of everything that’s happened with the hurricane. Sometimes it’s nice to just stop, take a breath, and enjoy the quiet moments.

Violett is absolutely thrilled to have Ella-Quince back. Not so sure Ella is quite as excited.
Ella will be in great shape in no time!

Haflingers really are incredible horses. Ella is just perfect for Violett, and I love seeing the bond these two have.

When you're picking up Pecans and the Sebastopol Geese think you need help. 🙂

When your bottle baby goat thinks she's a cat…
Apparently, being raised with the cats means you get to identify as a cat.
The cats are probably wondering why this one has hooves... but she's cuddly. 🙂

When you need to get ALL the chores done before a hurricane rolls in, Violett and Quinne pitched in to help! They love their unicorn Flashlights.
Violett milked, and Quinne topped off all the waters and hand fedthe baby goats. These two are the best helpers, and I sure do appreciate having them lend a hand! 🙂
There’s always plenty to do around here, but teamwork sure does make things easier. Especially when you’re trying to get everything done before the weather decides to make life even more interesting. 😉

You just never know what Quinne or Violett are going to come up with.
I’m pretty sure the minute I turn my back, these two have a meeting to see what they will come up with next.
They keep me laughing, keep me on my toes, and probably add a lot more gray hairs along the way. I wouldn't change a second. 🙂
