Attention , I wanted to touch base , I stopped by the shop the other day and had 70 messages , we unfortunately are unable to work anymore , Angie is doing well considering what she has been through but is still recovering , I am also experiencing health problems that prevent me from processing deer or any work at the moment , I just wanted to post even though I have the business listed as closed in multiple places, people are still calling , didn’t want people delaying finding someone that is taking deer at the moment , this is a difficult time for us , losing something we worked so hard for due to health is tough , and trying to guess what lies ahead , but am so thankful the lord answered our prayers and Angie made it through a very delicate surgery and that we had so many years that the shop provided us a living ,

Well family and friends, UF finally called with my brain surgery date in December. There aren't any specific details to give at this time but please continue to keep us in your thoughts and prayers. I am surely ready to resume normal activities like church, family time, fishing, taking in life's blessings and praising God for every bit of it.
Also, we are pretty close to meeting my fundraiser goal which will help with food, lodging, medical cost because I have not been able to work since March 2025.

Attention folks , I have hesitated to post information for the season opening because I have some health issues that required more testing and was waiting till all was in order before I posted , but while I was working on that my partner Angie has been diagnosed with a mass in her skull , this will require urgent treatment that will include travel out of town likely to shands in Gainesville , they are hoping it’s a tumor called a meningioma , it’s rather large and will need surgery and radiation and maybe chemo , so we will not be open anytime soon , this is gonna be a tough thing as we had already spent money on supplies and was expecting to make our living the next few months , once I get Angie safe and get my test on a suspicious spot in my ribs , at most I will try to possibly do some processing by myself for some longstanding customers and friends , but at this time I can’t say when , please keep us in your prayers as we navigate this situation , Angie is the only way I’ve managed all my health problems as well as the workload at the shop now I have to help her .

Attention folks we have got enough booked to fill this week and won’t be booking anymore for the season , thanks for another year especially those that helped us behind the scenes or at least offered to or fed us when we were to busy to stop to make lunch or dinner , we appreciate everyone .
