FARMER'S MATKET BURGER 🍔🍔🍔! This past week I used our , the 🔥, a tart cherry 🍒 sauce, and used it to make a burger 🍔 with products from many of the vendors at the . The burger was 50/50 lamb and beef from , then greens from and tomatoes from . I made the hot sauce into an and then fried, thinly sliced garlic 🧄 from . Set the burger on top of all that, then melted some aged with blue cheese 🧀 veins running through it from .

What I'm trying to say 😅 is that you can make food from the folks at the , they're here 7-1 every Saturday morning (and so is ). So stop by and try some of the other offerings!

Fly over to OpenDoor Coffee to try their new breakfast eggwich made with our fan-favorite fermented hot sauce, The Canada Goose! ❤🔥🌶 We tried their brand new turkey sausage eggwich this morning and it is DELICIOUS, along with the perfect amount of heat! 😋 And don't forget to get some coffee, too 😉

We’re finishing a HUGE batch of our fan favorite, “The Kingfisher” 😍 our mango-horchata fermented hot sauce 😋 We’re bottling tomorrow and we’ll have plenty available to pick up at the on Friday (3:30pm-8:30pm) and at the Palatine Farmers Market on Saturday (7am-1pm). See you there!
