🥐🍳 Croissant Omelette Sandwich with Poblano Hash
• One of my favorite breakfast items in San Diego
• I’ve ordered it multiple times and it never disappoints
• Flaky croissant, fluffy eggs, and a flavorful poblano hash rolled right into the center

👏 Everything was thoughtfully made and packed with flavor. If you’re looking for a bakery in San Diego that’s worth the visit, I can’t recommend Relic enough.

🍫 Chocolate Lava — Organic Peruvian black cocoa cookie filled with handmade passionfruit caramel.

💚 Persian — Italian pistachio butter cookie paired with a rich saffron caramel.

Each cookie comes with its own caramel packet so you can warm, drizzle, and enjoy the full experience at home.

One of my favorite parts of traveling is discovering the flavors that have inspired bakers for generations.

While exploring Vienna, we stopped at a historic bakery, , dating back to the 1700s and enjoyed one of the best desserts of the trip. The miniature Sacher torte was rich, balanced, and packed with deep chocolate flavor, while the layered hazelnut praline square was so good we came back for more later that day.

Even the traditional Austrian pancakes being made fresh in the window filled the street with the aroma of butter, toasted vanilla, and warm strawberry jam.

Every destination brings new inspiration, and I can’t wait to bring some of these ideas back to the kitchen. 🇦🇹🍫🌰

Switzerland🇨🇭was a dream cannot wait to go back

Quiet, clean, and peaceful. Boutique dessert shops around every corner, crystal clear rivers and lakes, beautiful fountains that you can drink glacial water straight from, amazing food, and stunning mountain scenery. Oh and chocolate, so much chocolate.

I gathered lots of inspiration, flavor ideas, and found new high-quality vendors that I hope to incorporate in future products that I provide to you all.

say less… might be the best cookie I’ve ever had.

Chopped pistachio & chocolate ganache filled cookie with a pistachio ganache and caramel top. RI-DIC-U-LOUS! So good and organic! Not too sweet and texture was soft but nice crisp on the edges.

Going back tomorrow, put this on your list for Zurich.

3 + 4. Best pizza I’ve ever had (need marinara w/ parsley pesto - Antico Forno Serpenti Rome, ITA
5 + 6. Insane breakfast boutique hotel, the Royal Benedict with smoked salmon, to die for! Best hollandaise sauce I’ve ever had.
7. Amazing carbonara in Vienna. Will update when I find it.
8. Same at 3+4 above! Pistachio cannoli was out of this world and not too sweet.
9+10. Something special about this Ragu and fettuccine dish. The tomatoes had so much flavor and they did something special to the sauce maybe added a little bit of cinnamon or spice. Never had anything like it, but it was fantastic. I believe the place was called lamplight ristorante, but I will update once I can confirm.
10-13 some other repeat places from above and a delicious brat from Vienna.

Eating through Rome 🇮🇹 🍕🍦 🍝

Insane pizzas at multiple places. One local Roman spot has thin pan pizzas that were so thin light and crisp we went back for seconds. Tomato sauce was incomparable to anything in the US.

Yellow tomato sauce pizza with ricotta and spices salami was “chefs kiss”

Best thing I had, a parsley garlic pesto that was so fresh it just blew my socks off. For dessert Gilloti Roma which is one of the first gelaterias in Italy. They supplied the royal family with gelato back in the day.

Enjoyed a Cookies and Cream outside of the Colosseum!

Favorite drink is Chinoto pronounced Qe-notto an Italian brown bitter orange drink. Hard to describe the taste but if you like butter and a little sweet it’s fantastic.

Enjoying my organic brown butter triple chocolate chip cookie in front of the stunning Schönbrunn Palace — a place filled with bold colors, lots of yellow and egg shell blue, elegance, history, and creativity. The playful designs and colors honestly felt like stepping into the world of Carson’s Cookie Co.

Traveling always reminds me that the best ideas come from experiences. New flavors. New concepts. New ways to create something unique for both retail and grocery that feels exciting, elevated, and completely different from anything else out there.

Happy Mother’s Day 💐🍪

Still recovering from the insanity at yesterday… you guys completely wiped me out. Sold out of EVERYTHING and honestly the turnout was unreal. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, grabbed cookies, cookie dough, took photos, hung out, and showed love to Carson’s Cookie Co. ❤️

The turquoise + gold bag duo was absolutely aura maxing.
The kids proved spoons are optional when the dessert hits.
And apparently I passed the Michelin inspection ⭐️🍪

Moments like these are what it’s all about — good food, good people, and a little escape from the chaos for a minute.

Next up: a “small cookie” from in the Arts District. They’re known for organic juices, coffees, teas and an all-day menu—but this one caught me off guard.

Apparently this is their smaller size cookie 👀 (they were out of the bigger, flatter ones), and it’s baked in a cast iron so it leans more muffin top / cookie cake than your classic flat cookie.

Big chunks of chocolate throughout, super soft and buttery, and not overly sweet. Totally different style compared to most spots I’ve tried but honestly, I really enjoyed it.

If you’re in LA, I’m looking for a great meal coffee and cookies. I highly recommend. My curry chicken sandwich was delicious. Well as the cappuccino.

Tried The Very Best Cookie in Culver City — this one’s worth the hype!

Best one on my cookie tour and top cookie shop I’ve been told to try in LA! What stands out is the balance not overly sweet, just really well crafted with high-quality chocolate. The flavors were super creative and unique.

What I tried:
🍪 OG — brown butter + dark & semi-sweet chocolate. Simple, done right great quality chocolate.
🍫 Double Trouble (vegan) — gooey, brownie-like, couldn’t stop eating it.
🌟 Dubai Chocolate Stuffed OG — pistachio cream + toasted kunafa inside a warm cookie… unreal.

They’re baking fresh all day, and once a flavor sells out, it’s gone. Chatted with the owner’s sister Linsey and they have such an amazing story emerging from the pandemic so if you’re in LA, you have to go support.

When I’m not baking, or is eating new flavors, I’m generally on the course! Here’s a snippet of me Torrey Pines Golf Course playing 17 on South.

I used to be an avid tournament golfer. I grew up playing with many names you see on your leaderboards today. Golf is still a large part of my life. It teaches me many lessons about life on and off the course. Especially hard work and patience.

Cookie tasting with Angela “Angie” Pennella Del Mar Plaza !

Top moment of our conversation, talking about how a cookie, or any really good dessert for that matter, can make time stop and bring you back to the present no matter how much things around you may feel as though they’re crumbling away. 😉 For those few minutes, you’re in pure Bliss.

Angie is a local real estate agent here in San Diego and an exceptional public speaker for TED Talks talks who shows how hugs help us all and how not to be afraid of rejection. Had an enlightening conversation about what my mission is with this business and was honored for her to sample some of my more experimental flavor creations.

The goal from the start has been to provide higher quality, dietary friendly, and organic ingredient dessert options. The market is heavily saturated with seed oils, enriched bleached grains and way too much sugar per serving. I’m changing that one bag of dough at a time.

Thankful and grateful for everyone’s support so far. It takes a team of support to change an industry.
