Today’s custom order had me trading cheese boards for PAELLA — loaded with chicken, shrimp, golden rice, veggies, and one of my favorite little touches: smoked paprika I brought home from Spain! ❤️💛

Havarti & turkey on sourdough with fig butter and fresh apples— the perfect mix of savory, sweet, and fresh. Yum! 🥪🍏
Pasta salad and fresh fruit cups made the best addition.

Today’s catered lunch was an extra special one. 🤍

This was a going-away meal for a special young man (my son ♥️) heading back to college. 🎓

His office wanted to send him off with some yummy treats!

The ⭐️ of the show was my Turkey & Havarti Sandwich with crisp apples and sweet fig butter. 🍎🧀🥪

Such a simple combination, but SO good — sweet, savory, creamy and just a little unexpected. Definitely one I’ll be making again!
