Headed to Schertz and CTIW today to serve up an awesome Christmas lunch they are putting on for their employees! These guys do it right, work half day, have an employee application lunch and head it to the house. Merry Christmas to all at CTIW!

I know it’s been a while since we’ve been set up in La Vernia on Saturday’s. Between catering jobs and mechanical issues we’ve been busy. With current catering jobs booked it looks like the next time we’ll be set up in LV will be October 9th. We miss seeing y’all and we are truly blessed by you. Hey BBQ fans, we’re back! Flying M BBQ will be set up July 10th from 11am-3pm at 2559 Bluebonnet Rd (across from the Post Office), La Vernia. It’s been a while and we’re chomping at the bit to see y’all again! Thank you all for being patient for all the catering jobs in May and our vacation in June. But we are back now.
