Now available on draft, our newest Spring Seasonal,
La Sombra!

Our Mexican-Style Dark Lager is made in the shade using Vienna and Munich malts, and mashed with one-third corn grits to create a beer light in flavor but with deep ruby color.

Delicate additions of German Saphir and Mittelfrüh hops balance the European malt flavors.

Enjoy in our Biergartens of any cool, shady patio and you’ll have it “Hecho a la Sombra.”
