Another great weekend at Waterford! 🍷

Guests in Milwaukee and Delafield joined us for Power & Place: Cabernet Sauvignon Across the World, where we explored how one of the world’s most celebrated grape varieties can tell vastly different stories depending on where it’s grown.

Meanwhile, in Delafield, we were honored to welcome Randy Snowden of Snowden Vineyards to the Wine Bar for an evening of exceptional wines, engaging conversation, and a rare opportunity to connect with a Napa Valley winemaker whose family has helped shape the region’s legacy.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us. Whether you attended the Cabernet seminar or spent the evening with Randy, we’re grateful to share these experiences with such a passionate community of wine lovers.

Biodynamics & the Moon

Some vineyards take it a step further with biodynamics, farming in harmony with lunar cycles and cosmic rhythms. 🌙 It might sound mystical, but many winemakers swear it gives the wines extra vibrancy and energy. A biodynamic Pinot Noir often tastes alive, earthy, and brimming with character. Pair with mushroom risotto to bring out its soulfulness. Fun fact: the practice was founded by philosopher Rudolf Steiner in the 1920s, and some of the world’s top estates (like Domaine de la Romanée-Conti) use it today.
