It had been way too long since our last visit, but the wing crew finally made it back to Neighborhood Draft! In my opinion, they may very well have the most creative wing flavors in the Milwaukee area, so this revisit gave us plenty to discuss.

Our search for a great wing brought us to Schmitty's Bar & Grill in Brookfield. Huge wings, flavorful chicken, a solid $0.95 Thursday wing special, and an Asian Szechuan sauce that was the surprise hit of the night.

We had quite the wing order tonight at neighborhood_draft_mke! Seriously some of the best and most creative sauces around! Garlic buffalo poblano? Yes please! Cholula honey bourbon? Sign me up!

That tasty nosey_neighbor_brewing beer got us wanting wings… and Double Dub's MKE wings at Perspective Brewing Company hit the spot. Tried out some new flavors tonight, Buffalo WWIII and Garlic Alfredo! Great as always.

Not directly wings related, but beer is wings-adjacent. Our friends at nosey_neighbor_brewing are serving up their first beer today! Brewed out of newbaronsbrewcoop and served up today mobcraftbeer! Swing in for a tasty pint!

Wing night with the crew hasn’t exactly been easy to lock in lately… so I took matters into my own hands 🍗🍺

Fired up the oven, cracked open a Maibock from , and made the newest sauce for our Wisconsin Beer Wing Series, a Cajun Maibock wing sauce, perfect for spring! The beer shines through in this sauce with those malty, slightly bitter notes cutting right through the heat and savory Cajun spices.
