The International Black Jar Honey Contest is open, and it's exactly what it sounds like: honey from beekeepers all over the planet, judged on one thing only — how it tastes. No big-brand advantage. No fancy label. Just flavor, in a blind tasting where even the judges don't know whose honey they're savoring.

Backyard hobbyist or commercial operation, one hive or a hundred — if you've got honey you're proud of, you belong in this.
