Been growing in Tower Gardens for almost 11 years outside. Today, I set up my first indoor tower! So excited to see how things grow with the grow lights!! The plants in the outside towers are really struggling in the Florida heat.

Years ago (probably before some of you were born!), I subscribed to magazines like The Mother Earth News and Organic Gardening and Farming. To this day, I still keep clippings on stuff like how to recycle water and how to build a composting toilet.

The Tower Garden Farm is finally coming together. Was hoping to have this up and running a couple months ago. Finally got all 26 towers cleaned and put together. 10 have plants growing...Strawberries, Kale, Sugar Snap Peas, Butternut Squash, Broccoli, Celery and Lettuce. Lots more seeds started.

Harvested strawberries today. Got about 6 cups and there is at least that many more growing. So yummy!!
They aren't going to last very long. The boys (Rusty, Koda & Oakley) love them and keep coming back for more ❤ 🍓🍓🍓 ❤

8 towers are all protected.
2 strawberry towers with aquarium heaters and the frost protection "bags". I was able to get 2 towers in each one.
All 8 towers have the water running full time till the morning. We are in a cold pocket of Deland and get as cold as Ocala and sometimes Gainesville...expect temps to go down to 23, 22, 25 the next 3 nights.
