Seeing our food on the prep table 🤩 Full circle moment 🤍

Before the farm, I spent years in fine dining — learning discipline, precision, and reverence for ingredients. I’ve always admired Japanese culture for its devotion to seasonality, simplicity, and the understanding that food is medicine.

To now have a Michelin-starred restaurant in Winter Park, sourcing produce from our land feels deeply meaningful. From restaurant floors to farm rows — this is the kind of alignment that reminds me why we grow food the way we do.
