Owners Jason Murray and Sandy Gray-Murray are a husband and wife team who have combined their passions under one roof. Fermented on the skins and aged in Amphora, this wine is a true glimpse into wines made thousands of years ago. NO sulfites added and unfiltered. Not anything like a classic Chardonnay- this is "natural" wine.

Soon to be off of the tasting menu, and available by the bottle only. So visit the tasting room to give it a try!
