🔍 What We’re Looking For:
• Experience with lamb and goat cuts
• Consistent, precise cutting skills
• Knife sharpening know-how
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation & hygiene
• 3–4 years of experience or apprenticeship (preferred but not required!)
• Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team

Estamos buscando carniceros con experiencia (especialmente con conocimiento en cortes de cordero y cabra) para unirse a nuestro equipo trabajador en Pinn Oak Farms Enterprise LLC, en Delavan, Wisconsin.
✅ Ofrecemos:
• Puestos de tiempo completo y medio tiempo
• Horarios flexibles – de lunes a viernes, los sábados son opcionales
• Sueldo competitivo según tu experiencia

🔍 Buscamos personas con:
• Experiencia en cortes de cordero y cabra
• Habilidad para hacer cortes precisos y constantes
• Saber afilar cuchillos
• Conocimientos en seguridad alimentaria, limpieza e higiene
• 3–4 años de experiencia o haber hecho una pasantía/aprendizaje (¡preferente, pero no indispensable!)
• Capacidad para trabajar de manera rápida y en equipo
