Dream Genetics was started by Marisa Hawley of Edgerton, WI with nothing more then the passion for the industry and a dream to make it come true. Now paving the way for Skyla to make all her dreams come true and truly enjoy the magic of the industry. Dream Genetics also follows the girls of Thompson Dairy Farm who are their herdmates.

It could use some paint and a little TLC but it's home for us, and represents us well. Not perfect but we still are thriving 💛💛

The best sight is the feed bunk full of Swiss girls 🤩Although we don't discriminate, we love the holsteins just as much.

These girls get a little pushy when they are hungry but I'm really proud of this group of heifers. Raising small groups isn't easy, it's actually harder than raising bigger groups. But we've finally figured out what works really well for us ☺️

I realize I never did a recap on the Rock County Fair!!

There isn't a whole lot to say other than I am really proud of my kids. They have come so far together as a team and as separate individuals. We've been blessed with the best. They work YEAR round, not just spring on.

They took 12 head between the two of them. Some owned by us, some they co-own. Taking 12 head isn't an easy task. There were some ups and downs, but I couldn't be more proud of them.

I think one of the biggest highlights, for me, was our milk cow winning the somatic cell count award. We really strive to make clean, high quality milk and have our girls happy and healthy.

I know it's late, but give my girls some appreciation.
