Chocolate and bourbon walk into a bar — but it's our Delavan location! This is not your average tasting, folks. We're pairing three incredible whiskeys with carefully matched chocolates for a guided tasting experience that is going to absolutely blow your mind!

Here's a peek at the three pairings 👇

Pairing 1: Redemption Bourbon + Milk Chocolate Sea-Salt Caramel
Caramel, vanilla, and cinnamon notes meet creamy milk chocolate, while a little salt brightens the rye-spice finish beautifully. Soft, sweet, and totally approachable!

Pairing 2: Redemption Rye + Dark Chocolate Orange Peel
Dark cocoa amplifies the oak and rye spice while orange peel echoes the citrus lift and keeps the pairing fresh and lively. Bold, spicy, and aromatic!

Pairing 3: Bib & Tucker + Dark Chocolate Pecan Praline

Meet Mary Taylor Selections 2022 — a stunning red blend from the dramatic, steep cliffside vineyards of the Douro Valley in Portugal 🇵🇹 and honestly, the story behind this bottle is just as incredible as what’s inside it!

This w**e is part of a passion project between Mary Taylor and producer Filipe Ferreira — a small, 20-acre property where tradition is everything and every single step of the w**emaking process is done completely by hand — including foot stomping the grapes!
