Freeze dried eggs turned out great. Thinking I might sell these in the fall/winter. Will have another 5 dozen going in soon. Shelf stable for at least 10 years (jars are vacuum sealed with oxygen absorbers)!

5 dozen duck eggs getting ready for the freeze dryer. Perfect way to store eggs over winter when the ladies take a break or for backpacking/camping! Just add a little water to reconstitute and you’ve got perfect scramble eggs. Can even be used for baking!
